CostCo Canada is giving away a brand new 2017 Ford Fusion hybrid valued at CAD $45,088. To enter, fill out a form with your name, email and other information along with your CostCo membership number. For additional entries you can sign up for emails from both CostCo and Ford for 20 entries total. Visit a local CostCo and obtain a unique pin code for 5 entries, note that this can only be done once for the duration of the contest.
