Schneider’s is giving away a home entertainment package worth $5000 to 3 lucky winners. All you have to do to enter is fill out a form. You can get a bonus entry by following the instructions after you’ve submitted the form. For the form entry, it’s limited to 1 entry, but for the bonus entry you can enter daily.

There are three (3) Grand Prizes, (collectively “Grand Prizes”, individually “Grand Prize”) available to be won, each consisting of a Home Entertainment Package, (ARV $5,000) to be awarded to the three (3) Prize Winners. Limit of one (1) Grand Prize per person, per email address and per household for the Contest Period. For added clarity, the only prizes available to be won in relation to this Contest are the three (3) Grand Prizes; no other prizes will be awarded.
